Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. We don't believe in locking people into contracts for services that should prove their value every single month.
Do I need to buy new software?
No. Everything runs on Google Workspace tools you already own. If you already use Gmail for your business, you have what you need. We'll walk you through anything else on the discovery call.
What if I cancel? Do I lose everything?
You keep everything. Your data, your automations, your customer history: all of it is in your own Google account. Cancelling Uptick Co. does not touch your systems.
How long does setup take?
1 to 2 weeks from your discovery call to first systems live. Solo and Starter are typically live in under a week. Growth and Complete take up to 2 weeks. We handle everything: you just answer our onboarding questions and we take it from there.
