Uptick Co. provides automation setup and ongoing maintenance services for small businesses. Services are delivered remotely. All automation systems run on Google Workspace tools the client already owns.
Payments and Fees
Setup Fees
A one-time setup fee is charged at the time of purchase. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Monthly Retainer
Monthly retainer services are billed on a recurring basis. By purchasing a retainer plan, you authorize Uptick Co. to automatically charge your payment method on file each month at the rate shown at checkout. Charges occur on the same calendar date each month starting from the date of your initial payment.

You will be charged automatically each month until you cancel. You will receive an email receipt after each charge.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Refunds
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If work has not yet started, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected].
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
GBP Guide purchases (Guide Only and Guide + Email Support) are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product. Done-for-you build services may be refunded if work has not yet started. Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.
Scope of Retainer
The monthly retainer covers:
- System monitoring and error resolution
- Updates required by routine business changes (hours, contact info, service area)
- Monthly performance review
The retainer does not cover:
- New system builds
- Tier upgrades
- Website services
- Any work outside the original scope of the purchased tier
Additional work outside the retainer scope will be quoted separately.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining active Google account access, providing accurate business information, and notifying Uptick Co. of changes that affect automation systems. Uptick Co. is not responsible for missed follow-ups or system failures caused by client-side account issues.
SMS and Communication
Automation systems send SMS messages on behalf of the client using the client's own registered phone number and approved messaging campaign. Clients are responsible for ensuring their customer contact lists are opt-in compliant. Uptick Co. is not responsible for carrier delivery failures or regulatory penalties arising from client-provided contact data.
Limitation of Liability
Uptick Co.'s total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. Uptick Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
Uptick Co. may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Notice will be sent to the email address on file.
